Following the disappointment of Felghana SAV, Y's Origin SAV delivers a more 'proper' collection of arrange tracks. The music in this album varies a lot (from soft piano pieces to Hard Rock and even Jazz) and features a variety of instruments including piano, violin & guitar all of which played to a great technical extent. At times this arrange is really charged up with unparalleled insane guitar pieces and leads that power the middle songs. Highly recommended.

Preludio is a duo consisting of morio (keyboards) & hariman (guitars) responsible for this great FF doujin arrange album released in 2004. This album is very easy to listen to and features some amazing arranges from the FF series (including Mystic Quest). One can appreciate the good balance between instruments (nothing blown over proportion) - the recording is very clean and clear. I really like the guitar tone on this album - definitely suits the style for this HR (with a little hint of blues) arrange.

I love Crow'sClaw arranges - the melodies and execution is exceptional. This album again contains HR-HM arrange versions of FF classic songs including a handful from FF5. The quality of the recording is very clean, you can really hear and appreciate the instruments and the attack on some rhytm guitar pieces. Some guitar solos on this album will send shivers down your spine...a definite must-have for FF fans.

The title pretty much says it all for itself - this album is basically a very well done doujin HM arrangement of great FF songs (including the epic Dancing Mad). If you've heard the Black Mages, Hellion and perhaps Crow'sClaw versions you definitely have to hear this. Some might consider it a bit heavy on keyboards but nevertheless, arrange version such as 'The Extreme', 'Dancing Mad -tier 4-' will not leave you disappointed.

Rockstar Busters! is Hard Rock an arrange album for a popular graphic novel Little Busters (Key) performed almost entirely by Mintjam - arguable one of the most popular doujin band out there. This album was released in DEC 2007 at Comiket 73 and features some astounding musical pieces. Watch out for some great guitar leads in this album - definitely one of my all time favs.
